O2 bill has come back to me and my O2 service has been suspended. However, I transferred the appropriate amount March 8th to Telefonica Germany IBAN number as requested and should have service now. But still, I do not have any data! Please help. My customer number: 60xxxxxx35. Thank you!

welcome to the o2 community!

It takes some time between the transfer of a sum and the unblock of the data service to come to effect - but as I can see, you now have service again. ☑️
