Antje

I have the same problem "App not found", any solution for this?

Hey @Ramz,

i’ve translated @o2_Antjes answer for you :)

First search for the o2 TV app on the Amazon Fire TV Stick in the Amazon Fire TV App Store: The app can be easily found using the "Text search" by entering "o2 TV" in the search field using the Fire TV remote control. Next click on "Download" to install the app.

Once the installation is complete, the Fire TV app can be opened.

Greetings,

Flo

Thank you for taking your time to respond @o2_Flo and @o2_Antje, but this answer did not help. I had tried it, as well as probably everyone in this discussion. Nevertheless, I did find a solution to my problem.

Hi everyone! If you are facing this issue it is probably because your Amazon Location configured for your Fire TV is configured for a country other than Germany or those countries supported by the O2 app. If you are having this issue you can check for which countries it is available here: https://www.amazon.de/o2-TV-powered-waipu-tv-Streaming/dp/B07QWRT42D

In order to change the country configuration for your device you will have to go into your Amazon Account settings » Manage Your Content and Devices » Preferences » Location

Here you have to change your address to a country valid for the O2 TV Application. Then you will have to de-register your Fire TV and re-login your Amazon credentials and VOILA!!! To de-register your Fire TV you can do it on the website where you manage your Amazon devices (above) or directly within your Fire TV in Settings »  My Device »  Account

This worked for me. I hope it works for you.

Best of luck!
