I have both a Mobile contract and a DSL contract in my apartment.
When I log in the O2 app, I can see both account to the top right menu (I can choose to view the DSL or the Mobile). However, in the “Rechnungen” part, I always see the DSL bills, even if I’m I’m choosing the Mobile contract to the menu. I have no way to see my mobile bills. It looks like a technical issue.
The same thing happens on the website itself (Mein o2). I can see both contracts, but the DSL bills are shown under the mobile contract. I’m attaching a screenshot.
How can this be fixed?
