I have received the wrong Phone+Wifi bill for the period of 18.12.2022 - 17.01.2023.
I have a contract of 40euro for both (phone+WiFi). But I have received the bill of 50.97euro….Why?????
Also in the period of 18.11.2022 - 17.12.2022, I paid 2 euro extra. But I didn’t complaint for this.
But this time its very high bill.
Please correct my bill. I will not pay this extra amount.
