Wrong Phone and Wifi bill


I have received the wrong Phone+Wifi bill for the period of 18.12.2022 - 17.01.2023.

I have a contract of 40euro for both (phone+WiFi). But I have received the bill of 50.97euro….Why?????

Also in the period of 18.11.2022 - 17.12.2022, I paid 2 euro extra. But I didn’t complaint for this.

But this time its very high bill.

 

Please correct my bill. I will not pay this extra amount.

There is no bill for WiFi. Do you mean the mobile phone tarrif?

Have you looked at the invoice? What is the extra charge for?(????) There are many reasons why an invoice can be higher than just the basic fee.

That is the basic fee for the mobile contract and the basic fee for home internet. You also have a discount of 15 Euros on your mobile contract. Are these amounts different from those in your contracts?

Why do you think you have to pay 40€?

 

You have a mobile contract with a basic fee of 29,99

And you have a landline contract that costs 35,98

And you have a discount of 15€.

 

So you have to pay 50,97

What do you think is wrong?

I have a contract of amount 40 euro and always receive the invoice like that:

Why bill is high, this time?

 

 

Da ist wohl beim Festnetz-Vertrag ein Rabatt (Neukundenrabatt im ersten Jahr?) abgelaufen...

No, I did not have this information.

They just told me that the price will hike after the second year if I will continue this contract in the third year.

 

They should have tell me. Please clear this issue.

How old is the landline contract?

You lost the discount of 10€.

If you look in former invoices on page 2 oder 3, is there an additional info behind the discount-position?

Why didn’t you inform me at the time of contract?

Was steht denn in den Vertragsunterlagen zur Laufzeit des Rabatts?

great that you are checking in with us regarding your mobile phone bill.
As I can see, you already got a few hints to your question.
First of all, did you check your contract documents?

Vergünstigungen / Guthaben -15,00 €
For how long was your discount booked?  12 months?
If your discount booking period just stops, it will have an impact of the amount of your costs.

I’m happy to help and take a closer look an your contract.

Sorry for late response.

Yes, I checked my contract. I didn’t find anything that you asked.

And as I remember, they just told me that the charges would be enhance after the 2 years if I will continue the contract.

So, your contract documents as well as your monthly bills list (on page one of your bill)
a section wich is called:
Vergünstigungen/ Guthaben  - Benefits/ Credit




If you check there, you will see your special discount, witch was settled with a specifed time limit.
You have already posted it within this Thread:

This speccial discount has expired and that is the reason, that your billing amount has changed.
I hope this helps understand the prize.

That’s not fair. No-one told me about this special conditions during the contract. 

The guy assured me that the billing amount would always be same (~40euro) upto 2 years. He did not tell me that O2 is providing me any special discount etc.

If he told me that time then why I have taken this contract????

Have you been at the shop? You can maybe talk to them directly?

The person who gave me this contract, is not working there now.

And I also talked to the other guy. They said it is the issue of O2 company so contact them directly.

I’m so sorry. I can try and generate a (Ticket) complaint in your name. But I am sure that they will point out that
your monthly bill as well as your contract documents,  including the time frame(12month)  of your given discount.
