Top up via bank trasfer didn't work even though I followed the instructions properly

Hello,
Yes I double-checked everything I did and followed the instructions properly from this link.It has been almost 24 hours and My balance is still the same. Is there a English speaking hotline for prepaid’s?

Unfortunately, we do not have a hotline with English-speaking colleagues for prepaid. I´m sure, we can help you here. 🙂

There are several options for charging. How did you charge?

Hello Ines,

30 hours later, the top up was processed. I transferred the amount to the IBAN of O2 with the code I received from 56656. Apparently this is not a reliable way to top up. (Credit card option wasn’t working when I wanted to top up). Anyway, thank you for your reply.
