My sim is deactivated for past one week i have also paid the bill but the amount is not updated in my o2 it is very difficult. My 2 numbers are deactivated.

Its deactivated they are saying outstanding amount to be paid

I had 203 euros outstanding and i paid 130 euros but it is not showing in my invoice

I checked for you; your contracts are currently blocked and not (yet) deactivated.

Unfortunately, we cannot resolve payment issues here in the public forum. Please contact our customer service team by phone so our dunning department can work with you to make a payment arrangement and unlock the SIM cards.
