welcome to our community. It's great that you've contacted us here. You can easily change the direct debit authorisation yourself via my o2. Have you ever tried this?🤔

Please cancel direct debit for my number and cancel my number. I have lost lot of money because of direct debit. I don’t speak German and your app, customer service is all in German. I want to move to another Newtork provider with more easy to reach and who has their services in English. Thanks.

Hi,

I want to remove direct SEPA debit. I have removed the auto deduction from my bank account by mistake. So every time O2 tries to deduct, it gets rejected and then I get fined because of it.

please help

I canceled the direct debit for you. If you want to purchase a package please pay by voucher card or top up by bank transfer.
