roaming in Mexico not working

I prepaid for Roaming Plus World to cover my trip to Mexico, but for the last 2 days I have had no access to data. I received an SMS a week ago saying it was almost up and I'd have to buy more, but nothing since. I also can't add more via Meino2. I have also tried toggling to a different network and restarting. Please help!

Can you see in the customer portal that 2GB have been used? You can book additional data via SMS. Send one with the word *WELT* to 80112.

Ahhh that worked! It wasn’t showing in the portal how much I had left so I guess there was a glitch :)) great hack
