Replacement SIMnot received

Hi, I ordered a replacement SIM on the 8th of October, which never arrived and I called customer service on the 18th of October and the rep said she will send another replacement, which again has not arrived till date. Address and name are all correct. Why this issue? Could someone help here please?

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive both replacement SIM cards. When was the second one sent, and did you receive an email confirmation for both?
