Hello, I play ps4 using my O2 mobile hotspot, but I have problems connecting to some games and one of my friends told me that I need a public IP. How can I change my IP to public?

Hello
that option exists, but is only applicable to o2 postpaid cards for a one.time fee of 49,99 €. Prepaid cards are not yet supported, I´m afraid.
Connected to your forum account is a prepaid card.
If you also have a contract, for which you´ll want to activate this feature, let us know here to we can make the necessary changes.
