problem with number activation


I still can't activate my number. I tried using the video option, so yesterday 05/09 I went to the DHL post in Senden where I submitted and signed the form, and submitted my passport for verification.  confirmation of residence. please help me activate my number, because now it doesn't allow me any of the options. best regards, almin cuturic

Ich kann meine Nummer immer noch nicht aktivieren. Ich habe es mit der Videooption versucht, also bin ich gestern 09.05. zur DHL-Post in Senden gegangen, wo ich das Formular eingereicht und unterschrieben und meinen Reisepass zur Überprüfung eingereicht habe. Aufenthaltsbestätigung. Bitte helfen Sie Ich bitte Sie, meine Nummer zu aktivieren, da sie mir jetzt keine der Optionen zulässt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Almin Cuturic

Why didn't it work? What did they tell you in the post office? Another option would be to go to an o2 Shop.

I have tried everything.in the post office i give them the postident code,so they scan and also my passport and valid adress.

In the o2 shop,they say they only activate the sim card which were bought in the shop.

Now i dont have any option throw the activation procedure.here is the picture!
