Order confirmation received but no contract details or delivery information


Hello, 

I have an o2 discount from my company. 

And on 30.01.2023 I order a contract with a phone Google Pixel 7 Pro. 

I received the order confirmation with the number, and telling me I will receive information when order delivered. I have not received anything so far, but what it is confusing for me, is this meaning my request was approved? I have not received any contract/customer number.

I also received an email that I should validate my email address and log in, but I cannot do so as I have no customer number and my email is not recognized in the system.

 

This means I was actually rejected? Will I receive the customer status once my phone is delivered? And if yes how long does it take?

welcome to the community.
We're glad you chose a mobile contract and a cell phone from us. Don't worry, everything has been properly received and approved here. 
Soon you will receive the sim card and the cell phone by mail. 


Only when you have received the sim card and then registered with your mobile phone number on "meino2", you can also confirm your email address. 
Please check your spam folder in the meantime to see if the emails from us regarding your contract details have landed there.

DHL's tracking system shows that the phone was dropped off at a neighbor's house on February 2nd. Were you able to pick it up there in the meantime?

Your mobile contract ist activated, too. I can see that your validated your emailaddress in the meantime.

Is everything fine now?
