Hello,

I recently ordered a airpods from O₂ and I would like to know if it is possible to redirect the shipment to a DHL Packstation once I receive the tracking number. Could anyone tell me if O₂ device deliveries require personal handover with ID check, or if redirection to a Packstation is possible? Mostly i will not be at home.
