No e-mail confirmation after payment


Yesterday I made an order for one-year data volume and the payment was complete via sofort. But no order confirmation letter has been received. Could you help check with that? (The e-mail used during the order is the same to my forum account) Thank you!

Hi ! i made an order of cellphone with sim card contract on November 20, and i got an email to deposit an amount. Yesterday i paid the amount through link but got no confimation e-mail nor any e-mail from o2.

I have the transaction id and refrence when i paid the amount.

Can you please check and tell.

Usually you get an email saying what happens next. Did you check your email account and the spamfoulder?

Hallo ! Ich habe am NoDonnerstag, den 1. Juli, ein Handy mit SIM-Kartenvertrag bestellt und eine E-Mail erhalten, um einen Betrag einzuzahlen. Ich habe am nächsten Tag per Link bezahlt, aber keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail oder E-Mail von o2 erhalten.
