How is the situation at the moment? Were you able to port your number in the meanwhile?

When not and you need further help, than we need to know if you have a pre- or postpaid contract? Have you checked your personal data (name, address and date of birth) which you can see in "mein o2"?

I couldn't find the options as he mentioned. can you please make my sim open for porting? Please give me instruction here. I will do it. 

I have prepaid contract, Yes I have checked my name address and date of birth. everything is fine
