Then you have to cancel. Nobody here can say anything about your creditworthiness. Contact the credit agency listed on your rejection.

Just like o2 has the freedom to decide who to sell to you have the freedom to decide who to buy from or whose services to use so you can and should terminate a contract you do not wish to continue using

did you get a rejection of the order or maybe an email with an alternative offer? Sometimes the order will be processed when the down payment (with a lower monthly instalment) is higher.

I got a rejection for the order I used the right email and also have the money for the installmental payment also for the on time and also monthly reduction but still got the rejection for the iphone order

That you have the money to pay is not something o2 can know. They have to do a credit check and a risk assessment and sometimes the decision is not plausible for the customer.
