mein O2 app is not working

Hello, I have a problem in Mein O2 app. Every time I log in, they say „Beim Anmelden ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.“ But I’ve been trying for many months, and it’s always like this even though my password is correct.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the Mein o2 app. To narrow down the problem, we need a few more details.

Do you have a prepaid card?

Does logging into the customer portal via a browser on Mein o2 work?

Do you log in to the Mein o2 app with your phone number or your email adress?

Try logging in via browser and see if that works.

I have a postpaid and im using my email to log in on my phone in O2 app. i tried it on browser it goes directly to the O2 community. I cant see my Vertrag and tarif.

@o2_Giulia already figure it out. it turns out that i need to register my number again. and this account that im using is not connected to my number. thats why i registered my number agaid and created new account. Thank you so much for anwering my questions.

Hello ​@Carmilie,

please use your phone number to login in the App. 

Alternatively, please also try the customer portal Mein o2 via browser, also with your phone number and password.
