Invoice on-line


Please help me to read my invoices on-line. For 6 months there is a technical problem.

do the other areas work?

Is it possible to access the contract details, or does the error message appear right after the login?

Hi, thank you for your e-mail.

Right now I cannot even get to the page with information about technical problems. When I`m logged on my account I go to Invoice and credits from the scroll down menu, then I`m redirected to a Community page where I choose 02&landline, then the button 02 DSL invoice, and I`m still on the FAQ regarding the invoice. And this is a dead end. 

Can I request invoices to be sent by regular mail, post?

 

no customer data either !!!!!!

do you have problems while using the app or “Mein o2” in a webbrowser?

Please try both. When using the app please use the latest version and when using the browser please please delete all cookies and the cache once before you try to log in. Please update your browser to the latest version, too.

Thank you for asking. I use web Google Chrome browser. I did clean the cookies as you adviced but still invoices are not available. IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT YOU CAN FIX IT?

I can not download the app because I have Polish number. It says that app is not available in my country but I live in Hamburg now. Is there a chance to receive invoice by regular mail (Deutsche Post) please ?

I changed your invoice to paper, so you will receive it by post from now on. It is right that you pay yourself by bank transfer?

I also send you your last six invoices for free, so you can take a look at them and I also opened a ticket for you, to repair your onlineportal, so you can get access to your invoices in the future

thanks a lot this is the best solution. I have received all invoices you already sent. I understand that from now on I`ll be receiving them in the paper.
