Invoice for prepaid top up payment

Hi, I need help getting an invoice for a prepaid top-up payment I made in mid April. It is nowhere to be found within my online account (or at least I’m unable to locate it).

Just to clarify: I’m looking for an invoice I can use for my tax return, NOT an itemised list of calls/messages.

How do i go about getting such invoice? Many thanks.

Hi @MrSki ,

We can only offer you one type of invoice in which your consumption is listed (e.g. phone calls, sms and data usage).
Is this okay for you?
If so, give us a short feedback here and we will arrange it for you.

Hi Alina, it’s fine as long as the invoice would state the amount I spent, and the date of purchase. Can we arrange that?

I have also entered that you will receive the future invoices monthly by letter, in case you need them again for tax purposes :)

Hello @FBJ,

as already mentioned before there are no invoices with a prepaid card for the top-ups. We can send you a VAT receipt for the tax declaration. Pls let us know if it is  what you are looking for.

Hello, 

I would also like an invoice organised for my prepaid SIM please.

 

I believe I have enabled the required data permissions for an itemised receipt. But I cannot see in Mein O2 how I can request one myself.

I have transfered euro 10 yesterday to O2 account.. However yet not credited

Hello,

Will I get the invoice which includes the VAT via the O2 site or by email? I do require the bills every month! Currently require from Jan 2022 to December 2022.

Your invoices can only be send via postal mail.
If you are still interested, please send us for reason of legetimisation and data privacy your PKK via  @o2_Support.
Your PKK is the 4-digit number you created for yourself at the beginning of your contract. 
So, talk to you via o2_Support 🙂

Dear @kritichopra ,

welcome to our community. 🌝

I can send you a VAT receipt for the year 2022. This will be sent by post to your registered address. The receipt is always created and sent on the 15th of the next month. As we are just over the 15th, you will unfortunately have to be patient. It can't be done any faster.
