Hardware "sent" but no tracking number

I extended my contract on 19.7.2025. and ordered Samsung Z Flip7 combo with smartwatch and tablet. When I check the status for the last couple of days it says "Wurde versandt" and nothing else. I didn't receive e-mail with tracking numbers or any kind of information about it so I don't know what's happening and I can't select where the package should be dropped off if I am not at home.

Thank you but I already checked that link before and nothing regarding the missing tracking number is there. It just says that it should be visible in O2 app. Well, it is not visible. It is not in DHL app as it is mentioned also, it is not in UPS app, not in Hermes, nothing in DPD. It's been raining here for the last two weeks and it would be nice if I could see when and where the package will be delivered or if I could select the place for it to be left at when delivered.
