Error at registration

Hi! I can't activate my prepaid O2 card.

I have already tried several times on the website: https://sim-aktivieren.o2online.de/.

What happens is that, after I enter the “Call number,” the following message appears: 

Die angegebene Rufnummer ist nicht bekannt. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Eingabe.

This happens every time I try. How can I activate it in another way, besides using this website?

I think that 1 or 2 months ago, but in the letter it don’t have anything talking about an expiring date. But now that you mentioned it, I guess that is the problem :)

Exactly, the deadline has passed. Just order a new one.

It's a shame that registration no longer works. But yes, that's probably because it was lying around for a few months and wasn't registered. In that case, you will have to order a new one, as Bumer already mentioned. :)
