Entschuldigung Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden.


I wasn't an O2 customer, but I just placed an order and am waiting for it to be shipped. Now I got an email that I need to confirm my email address.

 



But when I try to confirm the email, I get the following error. what should I do ?

Before you get access to mein o2 you will need to register your contract to it. For this you’ll want to wait until you have received the SIM or until after the DSL contract ist activated. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

thank you for your answer. the problem is, I ordered a MacBook and it is not a SIM or DSL. and in the registration form, there is no option for a device contract. 

You must register as a "my Handy" customer with the contract number ((to be found on the invoice for the device, the invoice comes a few days after delivery of the device by letter).
