delivery address


Hello, 

I have ordered a device via O2 online shop but i noticed there is a mistake in the delivery address. Please let me know how can i correct my address?

Hello @Sabawoon 

if the order happened in the last few hours, you can call Bestellhotline, if it’s more you only can wait till the device is back at O2 and you have to order again.

An incorrect delivery address is of course annoying. 
Were you able to change your address via the order hotline? Or place the order again? 
Did everything work out or can we still support you here? 
Witti has already written correctly, if the delivery cannot be made, it is automatically sent back and the order is cancelled. Afterwards, of course, a new attempt can be made. 😍

Hello again and thank you for the responses.

No i couldn't change my address and i was told that i cannot change my address after my order is confirmed. I have given the correct street name and building address but the only problem is i forgot to add my house number. So if the person delivering rings the bell then i think we are good otherwise i have to wait until the order is cancelled and order it again.

It is a pity that the order is already so far advanced that the change could not be made.  
But I think it should fit as it is.
