I cannot top up the account , and have no connection at all even with prepaid pack activated. It says  Das Lastschriftverfahren ist aktuell nicht möglich. And won’t take money from my connected Sepa account

Did it work in the past or is it the first time you try to use direct debit?

In case there is something wrong with the deduction via direct debit in your customer account, our colleagues from the prepaid team can assist you to fix this. Unfortunately they are not available over the weekend, but back at monday morning 7 am.
