Credit top-up not credited but money debited from my bank

Did online credit top at 00:18, money was debited from my expatrio, giving a notification that money has been debited to O2de, but it has not been credited to my O2 credit. Please help asap!

How exactly was the charging done?

I used the in app way of paying by selecting apple pay which in turn used my debit card, the money was debited and I got a notification for the same, but I have not received any notification or message from o2, which usually happens when I to my credit top-up, the credit has still not be updated and still I have not received any message from o2. Please HELP, I made the payment at 00:18.

Has your issue been resolved in the meantime?
I can see a top-up on 20 September 2025.

No, It is the one I did on September 18th. I had to do a second top up on September 20th because the first one was never credited to my o2 account. The money was debited from my bank, it is in the bank statement as well but it has not been credited to my o2 account.  I am attaching the screenshot. Kindly help me.

I’m sorry that the payment is still causing issues 😞

Have you asked your bank if the payment can be reversed? I'm not familiar with Expatrio, but normally this is possible.
