Cancellation of prepaid connection

Hello,

I have 2 prepaid connections (not phone contract, just SIM connection). Now I moved to my home country and before moving out I have given letter to cancel my contract but it didn’t cancelled. The payment deduction is still happening. So how can I raise my prepaid contract termination online ?

I'm sorry if your cancellation hasn't been processed yet. How long ago, approximately? Did you receive confirmation of your cancellation?

To be on the safe side, you can also submit your cancellation again using our online cancellation form.

You can also use this form to cancel and have any remaining balance paid out: Guthabenauszahlung
