Hey O2 community, I wanted to share my recent experience with O2's service, and I must say I'm really disappointed. I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, Apple Watch Ultra, and a SIM contract as part of a combo pack. However, shortly after making the purchase, I received a mail asking for a deposit amount, which I paid. To my surprise, I later discovered that the payment I made was actually for another Apple Watch Ultra 2, which I wasn't planning on buying.
I've been trying to contact O2 about canceling the second Apple Watch and getting a refund, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my emails or calls. The lack of customer service has been truly frustrating.
I even tried reaching out to widerruf@cc.o2online.de, but still, no reply. I really need a complete refund and assistance in returning the second Apple Watch Ultra. I don't want it and it hasn't been delivered yet. Can someone please help me out?
