Cancel sim, keep phone?

Hello,

I’m 4 months into a contract with o2 but I recently moved out of Germany. Is it possible to cancel only the sim contract while still keeping and paying off the phone?

Great that you are contacting us with your question. It's sad that you have to cancel your mobile phone contract. It is possible to cancel abroad, you can find all further information in our FAQ.

Yes, you can keep your cell phone and continue to pay the monthly installments or you can decide to pay off the remaining amount of the device in one go.
