activation of replacement card with 5G SA

Hi support,

I have ordered Ersatzkarte (eSim) with the 5G SA

I done it around 3 am today. I have scan it with my phone, installed, went theough whole process on the phone - it was successfull.

then I went through activation on O2 website. no luck. Around 7am I have received E-mail with information that new card is activated. 
The card still doesnt work - it is midday already.

in the web gui it seems that sonething hangs

 

can you help me here as I do not have any mobile reception now?

Wow that was fast - ita activated now, thank you guys


Just tried to change card with another phone, after successful instalation I am trying to activate the card in o2 portal, but it says

this service is not available for you as sim card will be delivered per post

 

bo I did not ordered such delivery, yes I have installed the new simcard with qr code


Oo this time it worked over app
