I got an offer to extend the contract with new reduced charges, the pdf didn't download but the tick mark was done and niw I cannot see this, where and how can I get this?

Also, I don't understand why support team said that a router is also added, even though this was not requested since I already have an O2 router purchased.

o2 do not sell routers but if you have already rented one then you can continue to use it with the contract it is connected to. Did you not receive any emails after extending the contract?


The router was purchased 2 years back, also with home internet contract, and no, I have not received the contract via email.


You purchased the router somewhere else? If it is from o2 then it is only rented. When did you extend the contract? If you have not received any emails within 24 hours and there is no indication in the customer portal that the contract has been extended then it would be a good idea to call customer services and check.

The terms of your new contract were sent to you by email when you placed your order on January 20, 2025. Can you not open the PDF with another application?

A router was apparently not ordered. I don't know why the customer support gave you different information on this.
