Early termination of O2 my Home S LTE internet connection since moving to a new place

If the o2 My Home LTE is not available at your new adress, you can cancel the contract earlier. You can use our online cancellation form for it. Please coose “Außerordentlich” (extraordinary termination ).

You will have to give a short explanation in the text field and you can also upload documents like a copy of the registration certificate for the new address as a proof.

Hello , Prashant, I read your issue and currently I am facing exact same issue will you please give me any update about your issue. What happened later did they terminate your contract did they charge any early termination fees from you, please let me know, Thankyou in advance.

In general, I can only agree once again that you must give extraordinary notice if the minimum term of the contract is still running. This also includes proof that you are moving abroad.
