Wrong amount of money debited from my account

  1. Wrong amount of money was debited from my account. This month I was supposed to pay 34,99 (monthly fee) + 29,99 (Vertragsübernahme DSL Anschluß). I was charged 30,33.
  2. I sent the SEPA agreement form, but today I got a mail saying that I need to sign a new SEPA agreement form. Did O2 properly recieve my SEPA form? Can you check this again?
  3. I took over the account from a friend. However, she was also charged. What is going on?

Hello @aegookja,

if, after the change of the conntract ownership the amount of the invoice is only slightly above the amount for changing the ownership it is quite possible that you are not billed for a full billing period since for example the change of ownershop happened on the last day of that billing period. In such a case you would pay the fee for the new ownership and just one day of DSL base fee.

In such a case the former owner will pay the base fee until the date that the change in ownership took place :-)

Regards,

Lars
