very poor connection


Hello! since a couple of weeks my internet connection is so bad. I have always interuptions for some minutes every 10-15-20 minutes. I have O2 My Home M contract with 50Mbit download and 10Mbit upload but if I really measure i Get 1,5Mbit for downlodiang and 4Mbit for uploading. Ridiculous!

 

Impossible to work at home with that. I tried to call O2 without success. Can somebody give me some suggestions? In the meantime I cancelled the contract and work by my neighbour!

Please use our DSL Hilfe App to analyse your connectivity. If there is a disturbance you will get a temporary ticket ID and a phone number to call. My colleagues will take care of you.

@luca ddddd What router you exactly use. Speed measurement over Wifi or LAN?  I ask, because the Wifi of the o2 Homebox have sometimes problems and you get the Symptoms you have in the moment. But you can have dsl line or dsl line card problems too.
