Upgrade O2 DSL Classic S contract

Hello

I have an O2 DSL Classic S contract signed long time ago which still valid until May2021. Now, I would like to explore the possibilities for a faster  bandwidth and perhaps, replace the router.

Is anyone on this community able to guide me on the process?

We can send you an offer by email. Would you please tell us which tariff you like and what kind of router you desire? Please be aware that in our new contracts the router has to be paid extra. So if you like to check to purchase your own device it might be cheaper.

Can you tell me if the 4.99 EUR per month for the router, is for 1 or 2 years?

When changing the tariff its always a contract extension für 24 month.

The monthly rental fee for the Fritzbox 7490 is 4,99 Euro. You can cancel the router contract

every month, just with returning the router to us.

What happens with my current contract and tariff that ends next year?

 

Your contract will be extented for a 24 month.

If that’s  ok for you my colleagues can sent you an offer via e-Mail.

yes, I’ve received the offer and already accepted. The new contract will start from 5th of January 2021
