I am moving to a new place where I do not need my personal internet connection. I need to request for the termination of my existing o2 DSL contract. Can someone please guide me with the steps, from beginning to the end?

Hello
if you want to cancel your DSL cpontract there are different possibilities how to do so.
One way is to login into our online portal where under Mein o2 you have the possibility to mark the contract for termination (“Kündignug vormerken”). You will be shown a landline number, please call this number to confirm the cancelation.
On the ther hand you always have the possibility to cancel your contract the classical way with a postal mail to our “Kundenbetreuung” in Nuremburg. You will find the address on every bill just above your address.
