Technician appointment

Hello,

 

I’d like to change the date of technician appointment for my DSL installation. I know that I can make a phone call to O2, but my German is really bad. So, I prefer to ask a help here.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Hello @kaishuen and welcome to our o2 community :-)

ometimes there are reasons why an apointment has to be changed. I strongly recommend to contact our DSL hotline for this since there may occur questions that are best handled immediately.

If you do not speak any german at all i suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

Changing an apointment via this community is not really a viable solution since it may sometimes take some days until we are able to answer.
