I had an appointment with your technician to come and check my internet but no one came!!!

 

I'm really tired of O2

The first Telekom person said my internet will work , bought a fritz box and yet no success, today someone was to come, no 1 came

We are paying from 18th nov and no service

Are you sure that you have the correct wall socket?

We have called so many times and again when I call it is in German,  it's not easy to connect to anyone the technician was to come yesterday no one came and they closed the ticket off just like that!!!!

Yes the wall socket is correct it came with fritz box and also followed the instructions on the dsl self help app

The socket was also fixed by the telefonica person and he assured all will work with the router 

Could you send us a picture from the connector side of the Fritz ox with the dal cable connected?

 

Why is someone not replying as to why the technician never came?

 

The telefonica person said we have 2 connections, I tried on both and followed all the instructions again this morning and has no luck,

 

My case reference is 933960 and 903592

Do you took the right part of the Y-Cable?

One is for DSL and one is for Telefon. If you took the wrong end DSL is not working.

And on the Telefon Plug you should have DSL and on the cable DSL / Splitter Letter.

We tried that also as per the dsl hilfe instructions but get the same error that the router has no connection to the Internet

I regret that until now your router is not working properly. I see that your DSL-contract is already activated.

 

Can you tell me exactly which Fritzbox you have? Did you get the router from o2?
