I am getting below error while connecting  the o2 box on my new apartment. Technisian has checked the line on day 1.  On day 2, i try to connect my homebox, and get below error.

The o2 Homebox is connected directly to the first TAE socket in the flat with the grey DSL cable?

Did you perform the factory reset of the o2 Homebox by pressing the recessed reset button for 10 seconds?

Hello @Jignesh  and welcome to the  O₂ community.
Is that moving your DSL contract to a new apartment or a new contract? The Homebox is not second-hand?
