Somebody removed my name from door bell
DHL came and didn’t find my name, so the router is returned
I wrote my name again on the door bell but it was too late
What should I do now?

As far as I can see you were already in touch with our customer service. Since the router was returned to us we had to wait until the DSL connectio nwas fully activated to place an order for a new router. You should already have recieved a notice by now that the new router is on its way to you, it should arrive soon :-)
