Who can help me understand how to solve this problem please…

It seems I cannot proceed because of this

you should call the hotline…

Service number

089 78 79 79 40 0 (at landline price)

Please call this service number from your mobile phone if possible, as troubleshooting may be necessary. The router may have to be restarted and calls from the landline network are interrupted.
 

Warning!

After the tell u to use the APP and say good by there is a big brake! don’t hang UP!!

And stop posting things twice!
