Return of Router - Not being activated


Hello,

 

I ended my O2 contract as of 30th March and recently had received the last bill. I still have the Fritzbox 7590 Router but for some reason, I cannot activate the return of this. I want to send back the router before I forget. Can we activate the return for this router please?

Please use the o2 DSL returns portal.

Nope, this is my point - I put in the serial number and it is not recognizing it. I think my router needs to be activated in the system of 02. Can it be activated to be returned please?

I put in the serial number and it is not recognizing it.

This usually happens when the user does not enter the correct serial number. The leading letter must also be entered. 
The serial number has the following format:
K12345678901234
