problem with or

Hello... i have one big problem. I have ordered online one Handy with Tarif and i got immediately one email of confirmation with order number and for that Handy i have 49€ Anzahlung paid with Paypal. Yesterday i got a package in a meter of fact i got two! So i got two same packages with same Handys and Simcards! Then i have made my O2 app and there i have seen that i have"ordered" both Handys. That is not possible. I want to return these second Handy and Simcard so i need someone to tell me address where i can do that. Thank for your help…

Please use this link: http://g.o2.de/g7F You need to send the return document to us. You will be informed in this link about the address that you need to use in order to return your device.

 

Concerning your sim-card please use this document https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/6952/45403f4792ccc680775ec61b681ce64f/agb-widerrufsbelehrung-mobilfunk-privatkunden-download-data.pdf to send a withdrawal to us.

 

Please note that all of this has to be done within the withdrawal-period of 14 days.

I have good news for you.

 

We already have cancelled the sim-card with the sim-card-number ...579 at the end for you. So, you just can throw away the sim-card.

 

We are looking forward to receive the device within the 14 days withdrawal period.

I just had a look in your data.

 

We received already the return of your device Samsung Galaxy S10 in black. We will therefore cancel the hardware for you.

 

Afterwards, you only have one sim-card and one device.

 

I am glad that everything went fine with the cancellations.
