I received a Sim Card yesterday for my Homespot M. If I put it in my iphone, it works great. If I put it in the router I purchased I barely get internet. Maybe 2 kbps. Can someone help me setup this sim in the new LTE Router? the router model is B311s-221 -- thank you!

did you try to switch your Router in “LTE only” Mode? (because, “2 Kbit/s” does not look like LTE..)

you seem to have a Huawei - Router with a CAT 4 Modem only. Tis overolded.
Tell us your Zip Code or the router`s cell id the router is connected in.
