What is PKK number and why I cannot register under DSL area?! I checked my contract carefully, I am pretty sure there is no number for this? if the number is so important ,why you do not show it in my contract? I can not understand. Why it is not 100%, but sometimes？Also when I called service to know if I could get the number at shop with my ID card, he told me sometimes you could ,sometimes you can not . What???? I really can not understand.
