O2 has the worst customer services


it's been more than a month since I order landline connection. After activation date they did not had my correct address. How irony is this. Now I had to wait another month. I don't know what to do. They have english customer support but inorder to talk to technical support you have to know german. What the point of english customer support ? It's so useless and frustrating. I won't recommend anyone to use their services.

welcome to our community.
I understand that you want to use your DSL connection as soon as possible, especially if you ordered it a month ago. 
I see you are logged into our community with your mobile contract. I did not find a DSL contract on this record. So please send me your order number as well as your personal customer code via PN to @o2_Support, so I can have a look at it in detail.
Afterwards I will get back to you with the current state of affairs.
