O2 DSL move

Hello,

 

Currently I am having O2 My Home M DSL connection. Recently, I moved to a new apartment. I am trying to transfer the DSL connection to this address but every time I try to initiate the request, I get a standard message saying  “Your request will be processed and in individual cases, it can take upto 48 hours”. I had to go on vacation and So I couldn’t check on this but it seems the request hasn’t been processed yet. This was almost a month ago. Could you please let me know what should I do here? I should be getting back to work right after the vacation and that seems to be far from possible

Please get in touch with our customer service to request the move. 

English support is available from Mon-Fri 11 am to 3 pm

If you have difficulties with our IVR just say nothing at all and hold the line. You will get connected as soon as possible.
