no connection


Hallo

My internet connection doesn't work, and keep receiving below msg as in the pic


all the cables are connected, but still not working, it was supposed that the technician would come the 26th April but no one was here

Are there any news? Did you talk to our colleagues at customer service?

If not please call our hotline to get in touch with a colleague to discuss further actions.

Hello @Neima, welcome to our o2 community :-)

I am sorry to hear that you DSL connection is not working as it should. I assume you recieved this o2 Homebox from us together with the DSL contract? If you bought this as a used device from someone over the internet it will most probably not work.

As a first step for troubleshooting I recommend to have a look at our o2 my Service App for your smartphone. If the app does not help and the connection still does not work as it should please follow the suggestion of @blablup and get in touch with our technical DSL departement via phone. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not prmise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

Hello @o2_Lars  no i got the contract directly with O2 they sent me the device start of April and was supposed that a technician will come on 26th April to connect the line in the internet box in the basement of the building but no one contact me so until now i dont have internet even i connect the device as it should but still giving me the messange as i post before. please appreciate your support, as this is annoying me. i dont have internet since i moved here in April.
