Hi,
I ordered O2 one unlimited 100mbps with another sim card on 15 Jan 2022.
I received one Sim card.
Today I call O2 helpline and ask about when will the technician come to install and activate internet at home and when will I receive the second sim.
The O2 help line told me that I need to order again because the order was not placed last time. I ordered the sims and technician again but still I didn't receive email confirmation.
Would you please help me how to resolve the issue?
