Netz wurde nicht erkannt

Hello,

 

My O2 connection was recently activated and I am trying to set up my router (Homebox 6441). The problem is I can’t go further from the first menu of the Einrichtungsassistent because I’m receiving this error, “Netz wurde nicht erkannt” (see attached image). I tried to call to the support and a ticket was generated, but it has been closed without giving a solution to the problem. What should I do?

Yes, I rented it from O2.

You can try a factory reset. Remove the DSL cable and switch off the device for 2 minutes. Switch it on again and wait until it is startet up. Press the recessed reset button for about 30 seconds. Wait until the device is started up again. Attach the DSL cable and wait until the DSL LED is solid green. Try Einrichtungsassistent if it works now. 

Otherwise call service.

No, it does not work yet.

Please call our technical customer support hotline 08005251378 from your place (close to the router in case you need to check the wires or to reboot the router),

our colleagues then will create a trouble ticket check your connection.
