My new Billing is wrong

Hallo,

I was living in Aachen and took over contract from a previous tenant. I paid 31,98 for DSL S and all is fine till there. Now I have moved to a new place and I received a mail from O2 . I know it costs 50 euros for the Technician appointment but in my billing apart from that the pricing of monthly charges has doubled!!!!!

It was 31,98 and now it reads 61,98!!! ^Please rectify this asap. need help!!!

Hello @Nagendra,

 

I apologize for this mistake. Of course you will not pay more than before. This ist (fortunately) only a mistake in the order confirmation, your invoice will be correct. Here the discout “100% Rabatt auf DSL Upgrade Unlimited” was not deducted but added to the charges.

 

We have already taken care of a correction so that the confirmations will be created correctly in the future.
